Our Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 1. Refunds

1. 1.1 All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
   
   2. Trial Period

2.1. Certain Subscriptions are entitled to a trial period, during which no charges for domain or hosting services will be incurred. Only the one-time setup fee is applicable and non-refundable during this trial period.

3. Billing, Payment & Cancellation

3.1. The billing cycle commences on the date of checkout OR following the completion of the free trial period (if applicable) and recurs on an agreed upon scheduled basis thereafter.

3.2. In the event of subscription termination during the trial period, no charges will be applied, except for the one-time setup fee.

3.3. In the event of subscription termination after the trial period, but before the end of the Subscription period, the Subscriber will be billed the fee equal to one full subscription period (monthly or yearly) as a cancellation penalty.

3.3.1 Inspirasi LLC reserves the sole right to valuation of the intellectual property created, purchased or otherwise associated with the Subscribers account.

3.3.2 Inspirasi LLC may choose to offer the Subscriber a fair valuation for the purchase of said property so that the Subscriber can choose alternative Service Providers.

3.4. If the Subscriber opts to discontinue their Subscription after the expiry date of the Subscription, Inspirasi LLC reserves the sole right to valuation of the intellectual property created, purchased or otherwise associated with the Subscribers account.

3.4.1 Inspirasi LLC will offer the Subscriber a fair valuation for the purchase of said property so that the Subscriber can choose alternative Service Providers.

3.5. The Subscriber is responsible for keeping payment information accurate and up-to-date. Failure to do so may result in service interruption.
